How support works

Call, and we look at it with you.

  • By phone: 513-708-1317, 8 am–5 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, and sometimes later. You speak with CartSpan’s developer.
  • By email: info@cartspan.com.
  • On your screen, with your OK: you start a remote-support session from inside CartSpan, and you can end it any time.
  • CartSpan tells you first: when an order’s lines don’t add up to what the customer paid, it holds that order.

What maintenance covers

Plainly.

  • Every CartSpan update, including the builds for each new QuickBooks or Sage 50 year.
  • Support if CartSpan misbehaves or has a bug.
  • The first 12 months come with the license; then $299 a year.
  • CartSpan reminds you 10 days ahead; if maintenance lapses, CartSpan stops until you renew.
  • Not covered: work after a crashed computer, lost data or a re-install. We quote it when you need it.
